Associate Director

Alan is an experienced manager in both the public and private sector and has worked on IT, Procurement and Change Management projects in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. He has a particular interest in ensuring managers and leaders have the information they need to make better decisions to deliver organisational objectives.

In addition to ensuring clients get top value from their investment in engagement surveys and 360° instruments he undertakes executive coaching and team coaching. Alan relaxes by being a trustee of an advocacy charity, a volunteer with a wildlife charity and skiing quite badly.

Alani Padzil

Client Services Executive

Alani assists clients on survey projects so they can reach a positive outcome on employee engagement within their organisations. With an Msc. in Business Economics, Alani has always been interested in data analysis and believes it is the key for problem solving in today’s world. Along with her previous experience as an analyst, she uses her knowledge and skills to help promoting better working environment to her clients’ organisations. Apart from work, Alani likes anything to do with food and travelling. Given her foodie heart, she enjoys trying out new recipes from around the world (although some of them don’t turn out how they are supposed to).

As a result, Anna brings a deep understanding of human behaviour along with a solid grasp of business challenges, which she is keen to use to help organisations succeed.

Apart from collecting fun facts and listening to hours of podcasts, Anna has a long bucket list of travels to go through in her free time. Her latest obsession she brought from back Mexico? Tomato juice mixed with beer – Clamato juice.
