About the event

We work with over 50 HEIs on their employee listening programmes and understand that low leadership scores are a challenge across the sector. In the next of our ‘Learn and Share’ webinars for Higher Education we’ll dive into how leadership is driving engagement in the sector, and hear examples of the great work being done in this area.

Our interactive session is hosted by Jane Tidswell, People Insight’s HE sector lead, with speakers Lisa Hughes, Senior Consultant at People Insight and Employee Experience Specialist, and Vanessa White, Deputy Director People Services at Cardiff Metropolitan University.

Off the back of their most recent higher education staff survey, Vanessa shares the great work happening at Cardiff Met to achieve and sustain positive leadership scores, examples of how they have developed collective leadership, and the role their survey plays in developing trusted and engaging leaders.
