How Sunbelt Rentals’ approach to employee listening helped them deliver significant change successfully

 

Sunbelt Rentals UK employ 3,700 people across 190 sites and are the largest specialist provider of rental equipment and managed solutions.

Most recently, Sunbelt Rentals UK has set up over 450 NHS drive-through or walk-in testing centres across the country since the start of the pandemic – all whilst going through a significant change and company rebrand.
