We’re on a mission to continually improve our offering. This month, we’ve rolled out a fresh set of platform updates designed to make insights easier to access, surveys more user friendly and admin tasks more efficient.
This release brings new ways to support managers, improve accessibility and streamline how organisations handle survey setup and results.
Here’s what’s new this month, and how it benefits you.

Managers are often at the frontline of employee experience, but making sense of survey results can be a time-consuming task. This is especially the case when you’re also juggling people, performance and priorities.
The new Prism Manager Action Plan cuts through the noise by giving each manager a focused, personalised view of their survey results. It highlights what’s going well, what needs attention and suggests what to do next. It’s written in plain language and optimised for mobile, making it easy to access, whether you’re in the office or on the move.
Organisations are gathering more feedback than ever, but turning insight into action depends on whether managers can access the right information at the right time. These action plans help make that easier.
We’re proud to say that Prism Chat is now powered by GPT-4.1, bringing faster and more context-aware responses when you ask questions about your survey data.
We’ve also added speech-to-text support. You can now speak your queries instead of typing, which is helpful for accessibility or if you prefer to dictate. For example, you might say “Show me comments about a clean, safe workplace” and Prism will return a focused summary. You can follow up with “Tell me more about those comments” to get a deeper breakdown.
Speech-to-text also supports neurodiverse users, those with motor impairments or dyslexia and anyone working hands-free. It offers a flexible way to engage with insights across a range of roles and working styles.
As ever, we’re taking strides every single day to make sure our AI offering is the best available. So when looking for employee survey providers, be sure to keep our tech-savvy AI capabilities in mind.
Respondents can now toggle a dark theme when completing surveys, which is useful in low-light environments or for those who prefer a darker visual style. This feature meets WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards and respects browser or system preferences.
For employees completing surveys on shared or personal devices, such as in warehouse, transport or hospitality settings, dark mode adds comfort and ease without compromising clarity.
You can now move survey questions that use display logic to any position, including across sections. If a question is moved before its trigger, the system flags it with a warning to help avoid logic errors.
This gives survey builders more flexibility when structuring content without the risk of breaking logic or dependencies.
A number of updates this month aim to make things quicker and clearer for survey admins:
As more organisations operate across different timezones and departments, these updates reduce friction and help survey owners stay in sync.
Admins can now activate a cookie consent banner when distributing surveys. The banner outlines cookie categories (essential, analytics, preferences) and links to the Privacy Policy. Respondents don’t need to accept cookies to complete the survey, but any optional activity tracking will be disabled if they don’t opt in.
This gives clients more control over compliance and transparency while maintaining a smooth experience for respondents.
This platform release also includes a range of behind-the-scenes updates to improve platform performance, stability and reliability.
From streamlining manager feedback to supporting accessibility, these updates reflect how employee insight tools must keep pace with real-world use. Whether it’s a survey being taken on a shop floor or a manager reviewing results between meetings, these changes are about making action easier and insight more useful.
