A quick insight:February’s platform update focuses on strengthening Action Planning and improving platform stability. Enhancements to the Action Centre, Prism consistency and dashboard performance create a more intuitive and reliable environment for turning survey insight into smarter action.
February’s update centres on one core principle: insight only matters if it leads to action. This release builds on that belief by improving the Action Planning experience while also refining workflows, performance and reporting stability across the wider platform.

This release includes significant improvements to Action Planning alongside broader platform refinements. You will see clearer ownership, stronger validation, improved exports and a smoother user experience across dashboards and reporting areas.
Action Planning enhancements
We have delivered a series of upgrades to the Action Planning experience to make it more intuitive, stable and accessible. These changes focus on usability, clarity and performance.
Improved user handling and permissions
The system now handles different user types and permissions more effectively. This improves clarity around who can view, edit or own actions and reduces confusion in larger organisations with layered access structures.
Greater visibility and ownership clarity
Action visibility has been refined so managers can more clearly see what sits within their remit. Ownership details are clearer which supports accountability and follow through.
Enhanced filtering and status workflows
Filtering tools within the Action Centre have been strengthened. Users can move more easily between statuses and track progress with greater precision. This makes it easier to manage large volumes of actions without losing oversight.
Performance improvements across the Action Centre
Speed and responsiveness have been improved, especially in environments with higher data volumes. These optimisations support smoother navigation and quicker updates.
User interface refinements
Small but meaningful UI improvements create a more consistent experience across the Action Planning journey. Buttons, workflows and layout elements now feel more aligned and intuitive.

Action Planning feature additions
Alongside structural improvements, several feature enhancements and bug fixes have been implemented following client suggestions and post launch feedback.
PDF export is now available directly from the Action Planning page.
NPS questions can now be linked directly to Actions, strengthening the connection between feedback and response.
Updates to the Add Action wizard now include an option to select “Action Owner is not a dashboard user.” This reflects real world structures where responsibility may sit outside reporting access.
User Interface enhancements have improved the Dashboard setup process when using the Action focused homepage.
The Action focused homepage now includes a new “Theme” section following client requests.
Suggested Actions refresh functionality has been enhanced to improve usability.
These refinements strengthen the bridge between insight and implementation and respond directly to practical client needs.
Prism improvements
Several enhancements have been applied to Prism to ensure greater consistency of output. These refinements support reliable interpretation of survey responses and maintain alignment across reporting views.
Admin Prism question search now includes clarified search text to make the process more transparent and easier to navigate. This helps administrators understand how results are surfaced and improves the survey design experience.
Platform wide improvements
This release includes a range of performance enhancements and workflow refinements across the core platform.
Improved workflow consistency
Processes across dashboards, reporting and setup areas now follow more consistent logic. This reduces cognitive load and makes the platform easier to navigate.
Stronger validation and error handling
System validation has been strengthened which reduces the risk of incomplete or inconsistent data entry. Error messaging has also been refined to improve clarity.
General performance optimisation
Backend performance improvements enhance speed and reliability across high usage areas.
UI and usability refinements
Wording on the Design and Distribution tabs has been updated to provide greater clarity around survey setup. Minor usability tweaks have also been applied across key pages.
Admin generated password reset links now remain active for two hours which improves flexibility while maintaining security.
Main platform bug fixes and enhancements
As with every release, a number of smaller bugs and enhancements have been addressed. While these may not be highly visible individually, they contribute to a smoother and more dependable experience overall.
