This live webinar has ended, catch the replay and slides below!

2021 was a year like no other as organisations began responding to the global diversity and inclusion movement beyond a box-ticking and a policy driven approach to one of socio-cultural change. The third in our series of diversity and inclusion in the workplace webinars, our host Vijay Mistry invites our guests Helen Kewell and Marcia Jones to share new data about inclusion, and where actions need to be taken to improve inclusive work cultures and encourage working inclusively.

     We explore:

    • The evidence and justification for where and why change is needed
    • *New data* on exclusion in the over 50s: getting older shouldn’t mean getting forgotten
    • Why we should harness older workers for growth in our organisations
    • Specific actions taken by organisations to address D&I imbalance
    • Real examples of Crown Agent Bank’s actions to create an inclusive workplace and diverse talent pipeline
