When you are running large scale surveys, collecting feedback or analysing data for leadership development, the last thing you need is friction in the platform. That is why our monthly People Insight platform updates focus on removing barriers, adding helpful new features and creating a more consistent experience across our tools.
In this September 2025 update, we introduced upgrades that improve 360 feedback, lifecycle survey distribution, organogram visualisation and platform stability. For HR teams and managers, these changes make surveys easier to administer and results easier to act on. For employees, they create confidence that their voice is being heard in a clear and reliable way.
Our core platform underpins everything from engagement surveys to Prism analysis. The September release introduced three main updates:
Organogram enhancement. Complex structures are now easier to reflect accurately with a higher maximum number of levels allowed in organograms. This is particularly valuable for universities, large charities and multinational businesses with intricate reporting lines. Instead of trimming structures to fit old limits, HR teams can now present the real picture of their organisation. That means more transparency for managers and a stronger base for analysing employee sentiment by department or hierarchy.
Lifecycle survey distribution improvements. The employee lifecycle is full of moments that matter, such as onboarding, promotions and exits. Surveys must reach the right people at the right time if they are going to provide actionable feedback. Our distribution improvements sharpen this process, making it easier to deliver surveys automatically and reliably. HR teams no longer need to chase responses manually, which frees up time to focus on the insights themselves.
General performance enhancements. Behind the scenes, we improved loading times in tools like Prism Manager Action Plan and resolved minor bugs across reporting features. These small tweaks add up to smoother navigation and a better overall experience for end users.
Platform wide upgrades for stability
We also rolled out upgrades across all of our major platforms:
.NET 9 upgrade. The Main Platform, 360 and Org Directory now run on .NET 9, bringing improved performance, tighter security and smoother stability. This upgrade future-proofs our infrastructure, allowing us to keep building new features without compromising speed. For administrators and HR teams, it means less downtime and more confidence that the platform will work when you need it most.
360 feedback platform improvements
360 feedback is one of the most powerful tools in the People Insight suite. It helps leaders understand how they are perceived by managers, peers and employees, and it forms the foundation for executive coaching and development programmes. Our September updates make the experience sharper and more consistent.
Consistent design across platforms
We aligned the 360 navigation design with the main People Insight platform. If you are switching between engagement survey dashboards and 360 projects, you will now see a consistent look and feel. That makes navigation quicker, reduces the learning curve for new users and gives HR teams confidence that they can move seamlessly between tools.
New reporting access for HR admins
We added new access for HR administrators to the Project Status report. This gives HR leaders a clearer overview of active 360 projects, progress and completion rates without having to request manual updates. Transparency helps HR teams support managers more effectively and keeps projects on track.
Automated report generation
Perhaps the most impactful change is that 360 feedback reports can now be generated automatically once ratings are complete. Super Admins can set a date for reports to be produced without manual intervention. For HR teams managing multiple cohorts, this means less administrative burden and faster access to insights. Leaders can start discussing their feedback sooner and employees can see that their input is acted on without delay.
General refinements
Alongside these headline features, we smoothed out smaller issues in usability, layout and performance. These refinements may be less visible, but they contribute to the consistency and reliability you expect from the People Insight platform.
What these updates mean for you, in practice
These improvements are not just technical. They have a clear impact on how organisations gather, interpret and act on employee sentiment:
HR leaders can now map complex organisational structures more clearly, which leads to better analysis and targeted action planning.
Managers benefit from faster, clearer reporting in 360 projects, which helps them build skills with confidence.
Employees experience smoother employee surveys that arrive on time with visible impact in follow-up reports and actions.
Organisations gain efficiency. Less admin time means more focus on turning feedback into meaningful change.
Always looking ahead to future improvements
This update is part of our commitment to constant progress. We are always gathering actionable feedback from clients and using it to shape our roadmap. Looking ahead we will continue improving mobile functionality, refining reporting options and expanding Prism analysis features. Our goal remains the same: to make it easier for you to gather insights and act on them so employees see meaningful change across their working lives.
