At People Insight, we’re always exploring ways to make our platform smarter, more intuitive and more helpful for the organisations who trust us with their people data. That means not only responding to client feedback and fixing the little things that make a big difference, but also anticipating what’s next – and building tools that help you stay ahead of the curve.
That’s why we’re excited to launch this new Platform update blog series. We’ll keep you posted on important updates and share what’s new, what’s changing and what’s coming soon – so you’re always in the loop when it comes to the tools and features that power your insights.
Here’s what’s landed in our April 2025 release.

For organisations running multiple surveys or tracking several employee populations, things can get complex – fast. Whether it’s different business units, geographies or programmes running simultaneously, making sense of it all at once can be a challenge.
That’s where our new multi-dashboard experience comes in.
This new feature gives you a unified view across multiple dashboards, allowing you to pull results from different surveys or areas of the business into one streamlined interface. It also includes a powerful new overview dashboard – designed to highlight key trends and metrics at a glance, no matter how many data sources are in play.
Real-world use cases:
We know how valuable your open-text employee feedback is – it’s where the most honest, actionable insights often live. That’s why we’ve continued to invest in making Prism, our AI-powered qualitative analysis tool, more intuitive, more powerful and easier to navigate.
In this release, we’ve enhanced the Prism interface to be more fluid and user-friendly. It’s faster to move between comment themes, simpler to apply filters and easier to focus on the responses that matter most.
This update is part of our ongoing work to improve our generative AI capabilities, which help classify comments, summarise themes and surface trends without the need for hours of manual sorting. We’re continuing to refine this engine so Prism doesn’t just show you what people are saying – it helps you understand why they’re saying it, and what to do about it.
No update would be complete without some general polish. This release includes a range of small fixes and improvements to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. From stability enhancements to UI tweaks, we’re always working to improve performance and usability in the background – so you can focus on what matters: your people and their feedback.
This is just the beginning. Over the next few months, we’ll be continuing to expand our AI capabilities, streamline your reporting experience and make it easier to track and act on the things that matter most in your organisation.
If you’re curious about the new features or want to be among the first to try something out, reach out – we’re always happy to walk you through what’s new and how it could fit into your workflow. And stay tuned for the next platform update.
