The best platforms don’t stand still. They adapt, evolve and keep improving to support the way you work — and that’s exactly what we’re doing with this month’s People Insight update.
From simplifying employee survey setup to sharpening how you analyse open comments, May’s release includes a range of updates designed to save you time and bring even more clarity to your data. You’ll also notice improvements to dashboard access, benchmarking and security — all aimed at making your experience more efficient and intuitive.
Here’s our platform update for this month.

Our updated OpenAI-powered engine for Prism is now live, bringing major improvements to how free-text responses are processed. Comment theming and sentiment analysis are now faster, more accurate and delivered in near real time, helping you understand what’s being said and what it means, without wading through raw text.
With many organisations receiving thousands of comments in each survey, this upgrade saves valuable time and gives managers clearer, more focused insights into employee experience. It also makes it easier to track trends and shifts over time, particularly in areas like leadership, communication and workload.
We’ve introduced a new display logic checker to support more efficient survey builds and better routing accuracy. This gives both clients and our Client Success Team an easy way to validate branching before a survey goes live, helping avoid issues and improving the overall respondent experience.
You can now also place multiple questions on a single page. This update helps group related questions and shorten survey completion time, making for a more natural and intuitive journey for participants.
Setting up 360 assessments is now much simpler, thanks to a new integration with the organisation directory. Participant and reviewer selection is quicker and more accurate, and you no longer need to duplicate user details manually. The result: less admin and smoother workflows for development programmes.
Benchmark visibility can now be customised by user and user group. Whether you’re running surveys across different departments, regions or business units, this feature allows you to tailor which comparisons are shown to whom, keeping the focus on what’s most relevant for each user.
This makes it easier for managers to interpret results and take action, while giving central HR and insight teams the control they need over benchmarking strategy.
We’ve made several behind-the-scenes improvements to keep your data safe and the platform experience smooth. This includes refinements to password handling and updates in line with our offboarding policy — all part of our ongoing commitment to security and compliance.
