Clients take top honours at the Employee Engagement Awards!
Organisations that trust People Insight with their employee engagement programmes take this stuff seriously – and achieve lasting results. We know this from our data (the average client sees a 7% increase in engagement over 2 years), but it is even better to see it recognised in these prestigious Awards.

Employee engagement company of the year – Southampton FC
Congratulations to Southampton Football Club, awarded the overall Company of the Year Award jointly with HomeServe, at last night’s gala ceremony at Wembley Stadium. The two organisations fought off stiff competition and were congratulated for their incredible work.
Said Michelle Butler, HR Director, Southampton FC,
“We are absolutely delighted! Over the last 4 years we have all worked incredibly hard to embed our values into everything we do. We are constantly learning, listening to our people, striving to improve our performance both on and off the pitch. It’s great to take this recognition home – everyone in the club has played their part.”
Southampton FC were also highly commended for their Employer Brand award entry.

Tom Debenham, our MD said:
“The quality of entries has again been astounding, showing a shift towards employee engagement as business as usual. Organisations have developed strong internal capability. Instead of looking for single magic bullets, they are taking fully integrated approaches that start before recruitment and extend through the employee journey. When you see the employee experience being led from the C-suite as we increasingly do, you know it’s serious stuff.”
Employer brand winner – Arrow Business Communications
Another winner that we love working with is Arrow Business Communications, who picked up the Employer Brand Award, for their incredible work creating and implementing the #ARROWVISION brand.
Said the judging panel about Arrow’s entry,
“Absolutely fantastic results. Particularly the engagement survey score and reduction in staff turnover and resulting cost savings. Some quantifiable measures to be truly proud of!”
Not for profit highly commended – CRUK
Cancer Research UK were highly commended in the not for profit employee engagement category, for their ‘Manager Insight’ project. This set out to ensure that all employees have a positive experience of being line managed at CRUK, therefore driving engagement levels across the organisation.
