Organisations are taking dramatic action in the face of COVID-19, shifting working practice with speed and at a scale we’ve never seen before. Should you be surveying during COVID-19?

Right now, employees want to connect and be heard. An employee survey is an important tool to listen in challenging circumstances, helping leaders learn from employees’ feedback so we can adapt plans, actions and communications accordingly.
