Côte restaurants are inspired by the brasseries and bistros of Paris, with relaxed all-day dining serving authentic French classics made from great quality. Founded in Wimbledon in 2007, the group is now 100 restaurants strong, with a workforce of 3500 employees.

Côte approached People Insight when they were looking to solve their employee turnover rate which stood at 99% of employees leaving and being replaced within a year.
