People Insight are now Quality Management Certified

We have always taken the quality of the work we deliver very seriously and focus on delighting our clients. Earlier in the year we decided to put ourselves through the rigorous ISO 9001 external assessment, to further demonstrate our commitment to quality.
Richard McDonough, one of our fantastic Account Managers has successfully lead People Insight through the process. He describes what was involved:
“When I joined People Insight, I saw how the team were managing complex projects, and I knew we had a good shot at achieving the ISO 9001 quality standard. Having been responsible for quality management in previous roles in both the IT and Telecom sectors I knew that this recognised mark of quality is getting increasingly important to clients around the world.
“A thorough gap analysis exercise of our end-to-end business processes and systems revealed that all of the elements required by the standard were already in place, the only omission was a mechanism to collect evidence to show compliance to the standard. However, we made the most of the opportunity and really examined and tested our systems, business processes and ways of working.
“To achieve certification we had to show we have a robust management system and a ‘process approach’ to apply that system, based on principles such as client focus, factual approach to decision making and leadership that international experts agree are at the heart of operational excellence.
“The whole organisation caught the bug and we implemented some small but important improvements. Everyone understands how their actions create a better experience for our clients. It drives the way we develop to continually review and improve the client experience.”
