Money doesn’t adequately motivate

More research reiterating leaders and line managers have more of an impact on employees than they think!

We all remember what it was like to have that teacher who provided the right amount of guidance, the right level of support, but also encouraged hard work. That was the teacher we often found ourselves wanting to perform well for.

By connecting with employees, leaders and managers have a profound effect on employees.

For leaders, by communicating goals and objectives in a clear and consistent way, exciting employees about the future of the organisation and demonstrating the values of the organisation in everything they do.

For managers, by spending time to provide feedback and coaching, as well as recognising efforts made by employees.

Strengthen that connection to strengthen engagement!
