Our team is growing!
We’re delighted to introduce the newest members of our Client Services team, who will be helping deliver your employee experience programmes. We hope you’ll get to know them all before long.
Liana joins People Insight as a Client Service Executive, helping to deliver employee engagement surveys to clients. With a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Organisational Psychiatry and Psychology, Liana has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of organisational behaviour, as well as how to measure and address employee engagement and wellbeing.
Having previously worked in a mental health hospital, Liana is able to efficiently respond to unexpected challenges at work, and is passionate about helping people and making a difference.
In her free time, Liana relaxes by weightlifting, but also enjoys baking to varying success (NB the charlotte russe disaster of 2015).
An experienced Project Manager, Adeola joins us as a Client Service Manager. She has over two years experience supporting clients from across sectors to make their employee engagement programmes a success.
Adeola is Prince2 qualified, with a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Occupational Psychology, which she is keen to put to use by helping organisations create the best possible environments for employees to thrive in.
Adeola is a big advocate for creating an exciting company culture, and has already thrown herself into the social side of People Insight. Outside of work, Adeola spends time with her friends and family and shows her creative flair by writing poems.
Ryan has joined People Insight as a Client Service Executive, helping clients to run their employee experience programmes and offer friendly support along the way.
With a BA in Sociology from the University of Portsmouth Ryan has a keen interest in understanding people’s behaviours and interactions. He’s excited to learn more about how different organisations work, and help clients create the best possible places for their people.
Outside of work Ryan’s usually found on the football pitch, in a football stadium or keeping a close eye on how his fantasy football team are doing.
Fernando joins People Insight as a Client Service Manager after building-up a range of international experience within global organisations on the customer and employee experience field. Managing a number of small and large scale global projects with different budgets, methodologies and languages, Fernando is passionate about technology, data, analytics and how this can be combined to deliver outstanding quality.
Fernando enjoys travelling, playing football, climbing, watching series on Netflix and going to live music festivals (Glastonbury is his favourite).
