About Abbie, account executive
Abbie is passionate about helping others find belief, patience and self-worth. For the past 7 years Abbie has worked in sectors including retail, charity, hospitality, assessment and selection and sales. She helps run survey and 360 feedback projects, with great skill at analysing quantitative and qualitative data. She delivers great quality and builds strong client relationships.
Abbie has a first-class BSc Hons in Sport Psychology, an MSc in Occupational Psychology and BPS certificates in Level A and B testing.
From flying planes, to white water rafting with the occasional skydive and bungee, Abbie is always keen to try any new adrenaline-fueled activity!
About Shannah, account executive
Shannah has international experience across legal, recruitment, education and insurance industries. She is keen to develop strong client relationships, whilst delivering a first class service.
Shannah is PRINCE2 accredited and has achieved an LLB (Hons) and Master’s degree in Law, with a focus on employment law.
In her spare time, Shannah is a keen traveler who has lived everywhere from New Zealand where she worked in recruitment, to South Korea where she taught English. She has impressively visited over 50 countries and loves getting to know new people, cultures and food.
About Lien, senior project team leader
Lien leads the People Insight delivery team. She is a PRINCE2 accredited project manager and has over 15 years of experience in employee engagement research across the public and private sector, UK and global projects, including multilingual and using different survey methods.
Outside of work Lien likes to spend time with her family, cooking & baking with them. Originally from Belgium, Lien’s first language is Dutch. She’s also keen on cycling – watching and a little bit of taking part!
About Hugo, business development executive
Last but not least, Hugo joins us in business development, helping us meet the needs of our clients and potential clients.
Hugo has professional experience within industries such as international maritime shipping, not for profit and prime-residential markets. Such an eclectic insight into contrasting business environments has awakened an acute awareness of the impact differing working practices make on employees’ performances.
Hugo can often be found in Richmond Park training for ultra-distance triathlons or other challenging competitions. Along with visiting his family in Kenya, Hugo feeds his unquenchable thirst for travel by regularly discovering new far flung locations.
