Highly engaged businesses have double the rate of success than lower engaged businesses. Organizations who report having engaged employees reap more benefits than just higher productivity. These successful businesses have lower rates of turnover, lower rates of absenteeism, and better quality of work. However, engagement can be a tricky feat to tackle. One way to approach engagement is by clearly communicating the purpose of the organization to create an understanding of how employees fit in and impact the business.
